Nathaniel Barger is a night club owner who
began working in housing on the construction
end of the business some 8 years ago. From
there, he began acquiring a large number of
rental properties and fixing them up for himself
rather than others. As his knowledge of the
housing industry grew and property retailing
became more popular, he acquired the taste for
rehabilitating homes in a more luxurious manner
and began purchasing more prestigious homes
and working on higher end condo conversions
to turn instant profits. Today, he still has his
hands in all matters of real estate including
rental property, house retailing, condo
conversions, commercial deals as well as high
end custom construction. Now that he has
formed a team of colleagues around him, he
focuses more on consulting, prospective deals
and insuring growth of the company.
Brandon Barger shifted over to real estate from
being a painting and drawing professor at a
number of Universities after receiving his BFA at
Miami University of Ohio, and his MFA at the
University of Cincinnati. He, as well, began in
real estate on the custom contracting end of the
business and from there also began acquiring
rental properties and houses to rehabilitate and
turn over for a profit. Currently his focus is
primarily based on the current deals that are
going on within the company.
Together they own one of the fastest growing
real estate business in the Mid-west, and have
devised a plan to make their 1-2-3 system public
to allow others to grow with their business, to
help insure the rise of home ownership and
affordable housing, and to aid in not only
rehabilitating dilapidated properties, but
rehabilitating entire areas of great potential.
